Starting today and every day in the next few weeks will be my training days. They tell us that they’re doing something new with the new employees and instead of taking 2-3 months to train us, they want to shorten the time and train us within 3-4 weeks, which is crazyyyyy! This tells me I must learn fast and adapt quickly.

So far, this is my schedule for the following week:

Monday: Orientation 2-4pm and online web-based training

Tuesday: Class 8:30-5:30pm

Wednesday: Free Day and finish online web-based training by thursday

Thursday: Lecture at CVS 9-1:30pm

Friday: Official hands on training at a CVS location 1pm

The awesome part about training is that we also get paid for doing it LOL. I’m really looking forward to this job and experimenting more about the pharmacy field so that it can better prepare me for pharmacy school. :)
